When does advance booking open on Ticketgenie?
The advance booking facility is directly controlled by the event promoter. Whenever the promoter opens the event for advance booking, the same is automatically made available on www.ticketgenie.in
How many tickets can I book in one transaction?
You are allowed a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction irrespective of the number of events the transaction covers. The maximum and minimum tickets may vary from time to time.
My booking number is __________. Can you check and revert if my booking is confirmed?
On the Ticketgenie site, please login with your username and password. Alternatively, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?
When a booking is confirmed, an email from email@example.com is automatically sent to you with the booking details. If you are not on DND you will also get an SMS. In the rare event that you do not receive the email, kindly check Spam or Junk mail box. Alternately, you can login & check booking confirmation online.
I accidentally booked my tickets for the incorrect dates, can you change the tickets?
No. It is not possible to replace or refund tickets once they have been confirmed.
Can we cancel or replace our tickets?
No. As per prevailing regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed sold. It cannot be replaced or cancelled.
What is the mode of payment once I book my tickets?
At Ticketgenie accepts NET BANKING,VISA & MASTER CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS.
When I enter my credit card information, the site asks for a CVV code. What is the CVV code?
The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the upper right corner of the signature strip on the reverse side of the VISA and Mastercard. This is an additional security measure that also ensures that you have access or in physical possession of the credit card in order to use the CVV code.
My booking has been rejected, but my credit card has been charged? What do I do?
This is a very rare situation, and can occur in case of a network fluctuation of the customer or the bank payment gateway. Hence, the customers booking will not be successful and no tickets will be issued, but at the same time the amount may be deducted by the bank from the customer's account. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your credit card will be sent by us to the bank. Please be assured that if the ticket has not been successfully booked, the charges on the card will be reversed within 45 days.
The refund has still not been credited in my credit card account
As per our company policy we send a reverse request to the bank by us. Depending on the card issuing bank, it can sometimes take up to 30 - 45 days for the reversal to take effect.
In spite of several reminders, the refund is still not reflecting on my card.
If it has been longer than 45 days, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take this up as a priority with the bank to ensure the refund is done, at the earliest.
Can I book my tickets without my credit card since I don't want to disclose my credit card details?
Currently, Ticketgenie offers Net Banking, credit and debit card bookings. The site is completely secure. However, if you wish to pay by cash, you can check for the nearest off line sales outlet on our website or write to us at email@example.com to book tickets.
Will my tickets be delivered after my booking is done?
Courier customers tickets will be delivered within 3 days prior to the event to the address specified at the time of booking the ticket. Customers, who opted for Print at home, need to redeem the E-Ticket redemption voucher from the venue one day prior to the match/event with all documents mentioned on the E-Ticket Voucher and collect the hard ticket for entry into the venue.
Do I need to show my credit card when I collect my tickets?
Yes. It is necessary to show the credit card used for booking when you pick up the tickets from the ticket counters or event venues. This is for your own safety and is to ensure that the person booking the ticket is the bona fide owner of the card.
I have booked tickets on my credit card for my friends/family, but I cannot attend the show personally. How do I ensure that they will be issued tickets at the ticket counters and Event Venues without my card?
In the rare case that you are not able to attend the event, your friend/family could pick up the tickets in your absence by showing us a photocopy of the front and reverse of your card used to purchase the tickets, with your signature on the photocopied page.
How much time before the show do I have to collect my tickets?
The tickets, which have already been paid for will be available for collection at the ticket counter at least one day prior to the event. We recommend collecting the ticket atleast 4 hours earlier from the ticket counter to avoid any inconvenience.
When will I get my Tickets if I have choosen courier option?
If you have chosen the courier option the tickets will be delivered 3 days prior to the event.
I did not receive the tickets and the event is only one day ahead whom should I contact?

How long does it take to book the tickets after I register myself on the website?
It is not compulsory to register on the site to book tickets.

What do I do if my booking is not completed?
In case of timed out transaction we may have received amount from your banker, kindly verify with your bank. If we have received the amount you need not do anything, you will get a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days confirming your ticket(s). If the amount is not charged to your account kindly re-book your ticket(s). if you have any further Queries or concerns, you may kindly mail us email@example.com mentioning the transaction details.
