All event times listed are local for the city in which the event takes place. All listed dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the customer prior to the event.

Online Orders

While our office is open six days a week, our online ordering system is not in "real time". Therefore, your order is not confirmed immediately, even if you receive an automated email stating that your order is being processed. In most cases, the exact tickets you ordered are available and the order is being completed as stated. However, in cases where the exact seats are unavailable, you will be contacted promptly and given the option of
1) Purchasing comparable tickets at the same time or a similar price, or
2) Cancelling your order. Unless you have ticked the box in the order form stating that you will accept comparable replacements, you are under no obligation to purchase tickets other than those you originally requested and your credit card will not be charged until you have agreed to any changes.

All such match tickets are void and subject to cancellation as such unauthorised resale and use contravenes the ticketing terms and conditions. Any person purchasing or otherwise obtaining tickets through such unlicensed persons and entities does so at his or her own risk and the BCCI bears no responsibility to honour the ticket or to allow such person entry into the Playoff match venue, as applicable. In order to avoid disappointment, patrons are advised to purchase tickets only through official ticketing agents of the BCCI.
